"Food & Lodging for Travelers" brings together artist Tom Bond's latest two-dimensional works and sculptural installations, based on his recent cross country travels (often in a van with his pooch). Bond's clean, modern design aesthetics and the warmth of good craftsmanship come together to explore the push and pull of wanderlust and feeling at home, being alone and being with friends, and discovering new places and appreciating the well-worn paths.
In addition to making art and traveling aplenty, Tom Bond is a graphic designer, muralist, woodworker, curator, former gallerist, and owns and manages Camp Kalamath artist studios. Tom's signature group show "Lightning Blend" was on display at Alto Gallery in 2016.
