ABOUT

I am an artist and life coach. On September 30th I will be running a workshop to help all identified “Creatives” address and learn to overcome self-limiting beliefs. This is fun and creative. Collectively we will look at such roadblocks as Imposter Syndrome, Perfectionism, Shame, Distorted Thinking, your Inner Critic, etc…Bring your curiosity, sense of humor, and open mindedness.
