The Denver Papier Mâché Club returns with their third exhibition, Summer Sequel, at Alto Gallery with an opening reception on Friday, July 7 from 6 to 10 PM. Artists Kyra Weinkle and Steven Frost are co-organizing the group’s first show since 2020, reviving the club after a pandemic hiatus. Summer Sequel celebrates the possibilities of mixing paper, glue, and the imagination, continuing the club’s light hearted mission: to offer time and space for artists to gather and experiment in a low-pressure medium while having fun and making the perfect artwork to enjoy on a hot summer day.
